Varsity Head Soccer Coach Rob Zoeller Overall Girls High School Coaching Record (Elizabethtown & Simon Kenton): 227 wins, 71 losses, 11 draws Combined Girls & Boys High School Coaching Record (Elizabethtown, Simon Kenton, & Ballard): 316 wins, 122 losses, 21 draws Rob has over 26 years of coaching experience at the youth, high school, and college levels. Rob currently holds the NSCAA Advanced National Diploma (USSF "B" equiv) and the USSF National "D" diploma along with being a student of the game working with and observing many high level coaches over the years. Rob was recently named the 2020 United Soccer Coaches Association Large School Public State Coach of the Year and the Regional Coach of the Year (1 of 9 finalist for the National Coach of the Year) along with the Cincinnati Enquirer Northern KY Coach of the Year in 2017, 2016, and 2015 (selected by local media). Rob was named the KHSAA 2010 Boys Soccer Coach of the Year – Large Public School and the 2009 KY Kicks Boys Coach of the Year. He was also named the News Enterprise Coach of the Year in 2002, 2005, 2007, 2008 and the NSCAA Kentucky Small School Girls Soccer Coach of the Year in 2007 and Finalist in 2002 and 2003. Rob had a solid playing career at Spalding University as a starting goalkeeper and assistant coach and eventually Head Coach of the Men's and Women's soccer programs in 2006. Rob is married to Angela Zoeller and has 5 children (Abigail, Madeline, Emma, Isaac, and Owen).
Varsity Assistant Coach /Goalkeeper Coach Tony Spaulding Tony currently holds his USSF National D License and has been on the staff for 7 years. Tony is responsible for daily goalkeeper training instruction and individual player development with our Varsity team. Tony has been on the Simon Kenton staff since 2015. Coach Spaulding excelled at Holy Cross in both soccer and basketball. Coach Spaulding is married to Janet Spaulding and has 3 children (Ainsleigh, Kade, and Avery). Tony is in the Northern Kentucky Athletic Hall of Fame!

Volunteer Varsity Assistant Coach Allison Ponzer Bryson Alli is a Simon Kenton and NKU Alumni. Alli holds many records at Simon Kenton and was a standout at NKU. In high school she was a three-time All-State selection and twice named to the Kentucky Enquirer All-Star team. Played in the East vs. West All State game senior year. At NKU was named Daktronics All-Midwest Region second-team and the All-GLVC first-team. At NKU she helped earn the National Team Academic Award for the eighth-straight year. Was a two-time regional champion in the long jump and she finished in first place in the long jump at the Class-AAA state championships her senior year. In 2010 was a recipient of the Scott Christian Memorial Soccer Scholarship. Alli helped lead Simon Kenton to it's first regional championship in school history and has had her #4 jersey retired at Simon Kenton.
